User Cross References

To give you fine-grained control of exactly how Toggl user data flows into QuickBooks, this page allows you to explicitly match Toggl user data with either a QuickBooks Online vendor or employee. In QuickBooks Online every time entry must be associated with either an employee or a vendor.

Here are the ground rules for creating User cross references in TimeSaver:

If you choose not to cross-reference a Toggl user to QuickBooks, it will prevent their time entries from being synced to QuickBooks.
You may cross-reference different Toggl users to the same QuickBooks vendor or employee (e.g. "John Snow" and "Arya Stark" in Toggl may both be cross-referenced to "Stark Enterprises" vendor in QBO).
Only one cross-reference rule for each Toggl user is allowed. (e.g. "John Snow" in Toggl cannot be cross-referenced to a QBO employee AND a QBO vendor).
